In Response to COVID-19

We are committed to ensuring a safe and clean environment for our guests, team members, and vendors. Wendy Krispin Caterer sales, kitchen, transportation, and service staff, thank you for your continued trust and loyalty. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your special occasions and everyday meals and are committed to being vigilant in our food safety practices. We have initiated a multi-point response to the current public health challenge and are continuously assessing and adapting to the situation.

For your Safety and Confidence, below is what we are doing EVERY DAY:


Include terms in client contracts that allow the client to postpone to a future event date should their original event date be interrupted due to government action during a pandemic.


diligently follow CDC and food industry experts’ guidelines and recommendations regarding food safety preparation, facility and vehicle sanitation & disinfection.


Continuously educate staff on CDC recommendations for wellness and disease prevention.


Deep clean and sanitize office and kitchen facility three times per day with hospital grade sanitizer.


Sanitize delivery vehicles after every delivery.


I=Ensure that staff members who exhibit symptoms or do not feel well will stay at home.


Maintain strict hand washing guidelines.


Remove and haul-off catering trash from the event site upon completion of the event.


Require staff to wear gloves and masks at all times.


Provide buffets and food stations that are equipped with sneeze guards, with staff serving each plate.


Seated meals will be served by waiters, or pre-plated.


Flatware will be rolled in a napkin or sealed in plastic wrap.


Glassware will be turned with rims facing down until ready to fill.


Require staff to have their temperature taken prior to entering the job site. If they pass, they will receive a sticker to wear indicating that they have passed. Anyone who does not pass will be sent home.


Staff will bring high quality, antiseptic, alcohol-based hand sanitizer to the event site to ensure service is continuously free of bacteria and virus throughout the event.
